This is the last Will of me BLANCHE DOREEN BURGUM at present temporarily residing in a caravan adjoining Woodside Chapel near The Post Office Harmans Cross Swanage in the County of Dorset spinster revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me

1. I appoint National Westminster Bank Limited (hereinafter called "the Bank") to be the executor and trustee of this my Will on its standard terms and conditions in force at the date hereof including those governing the Bank's remuneration which shall be in accordance with its scale of fees in force at my death The Bank shall have power if its standard scale of fees shall be altered after my death to charge remuneration for its services in accordance with such scale of fees as shall from time to time be in force.

2. I give the bungalow which I am now having built near the Post Office at Harmans Cross aforesaid with the appurtenances and curtilage thereof together with all my household furniture furnishings ornaments and household equipment and also my motor car free of all duty payable at my death unto and equally between the Reverend H. James Lloyd and his wife Madie both of Kingsston Vicarage Kingston near Wareham Dorset and if only one of them is living at my death the whole to that one.

3. I give the following legacies namely:-
(1) One thosand pounds to my cousin (Mrs) Dolly Ding of 100 Linden Road Bognor Regis
(2) Two hundred and fifty pounds to each of my cousins George E. Ainger and (Mrs) Ethel Ainger of 9 Oaktree Close Stoborough Wareham Dorset and Two hundred and fifty pounds to each of their sons David and John.
(3) Two hundred and fifty pounds to each of my cousins Arthur W. Ainger and (Mrs) Elsie Ainger of 67 Devonshire Road Newbury Park Ilford Essex and Two hundred and fifty pounds to each of their sons Derek and Colin.
(4) Five hundred pounds to my friend (Mrs) Joan Hollister of Briar Patch Harmans Cross Swanage aforesaid.
(5) Two hundred and fifty pounds to each of my friends William Brereton and (Mrs) Barbara Brereton of Peters Folly Folly Road Inkpen near Newbury Berks and
(6) Two hundred and fifty pounds each to Adrain and Christopher the sons of the said Reverend H. James Lloyd.

4. I give Five hundred pounds to the Parochial Church Council of the St Nicholas Church Worth Matravers near Swanage Dorset to be used for its general purposes and Five hundred pounds to the Trustees of the Woodside Chapel Harmans Cross aforesaid to be used for their general purposes.

5. I give the residue of my estate both real and personal after payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses (including estate duty payable on my death on my freehold property) to the Cheshire Foundation Homes for the Sick of 7 Market Mews London W1.

6. The receipt of the treasurer or other the proper officer for the receipt of money on behalf of the beneficiaries named in the last two preceding clauses of this my Will shall be a sufficient discharge for the Bank for all money payable to such respective beneficiaries without the Bank being under any obligation to see to the application thereof.

The Condition of this Obligation is such, that if the above bounden Edmund Bergum, Thomas Bergum ..... & Administrators of all, and singular the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of Edmund Bergum late of the parish of Oxenhall in the County and Dioross of Glourester deceased do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all, and singular the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of them the said Edmund Bergum and Thomas Bergum or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for them and the same so made do exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Registry of the Lord Bishop of Gloucester his Ecclesiastical Court at or before the five and twentyeth day of March next ensuing, And the same Goods, Chattels, and Credits, and all other the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said deceased at the time of his death; which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of the said Edmund Bergum and Thomas Bergum or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for them do well and truely Administer according to Law; and further, do make or cause to be made a true and just Account of their said Administration, at or before four and twetyeth day of August next ensuing and all the rest and residue of the said Goods, Chattels, and Credits which shall be found remaining upon the said Administators Accompt, the same being first examined and allowed of by the Judge or Judges for the time being, of the decree or sentence pursuant to the tru intent and meaning of an Act of Parliament entituled An Act for the better setling Intestates estates, shall limit and appoint. And if it shall hereafter appear, That any last will and Testament was made by the said deceased, and the Executor or Executors therein named do exhibit the same into the said Court making request to have it allowed and approved accordingly, if the said Edmund Bergum and Thomas Bergum above bounden being first thereunto required, do render and deliver the said Letters of Administration (Approbation of Such Testament being had and made) in the Said Court; Then this Obligation to be void and of none effect; Or else to remain in full force and vertue.

In the name of God Amen, I Thomas Burgum of the Parish of Ruardean in the County of Gloucester Yeoman being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and following, that is to say, I give and bequeath unto my four sons Edmund, Thomas, John and Benjamin Burgum the sum of one shilling apiece. I also give and bequeath unto my three daughters Mary, Sarah and Hannah the sum of one shilling apiece.
I also give and devise unto my wife loving Sarah all and singular my Messuage, Lands, Tenaments, Woods and Premises whatsoever situate lying and being in the said Parish of Ruardean with their and every of their appurstments To hold the same unto my said wife Sarah Burgum her Heirs and Assigns forever I give and bequeath unto my said wife Sarah Burgum all and singular Goods, Chattels and personal estate of what nature or kindsoever after payment of my just Debts the aforesaid Legacies, my Funeral Expenses unto my said wife Sarah Burgum whom I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me hereto more made in witness whose of I have set my Hand and Seal the Sixth Day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty One.
