Elizabeth Burgum Fichter (1878-1965)

Services for Mrs Elizabeth Burgum Fichter, of 4387 Stanton Ave, Stanton Heights, Pittsburgh, will be tomorrow at 2.pm at her church in Lawrenceville.

Mrs Fichter, 86, died Sunday at the Weber Nursing Home, East End. She became a deaconess of the First Primitive Methodist Church at a convention at Hazelton, Pennsylvania in 1933. She also was a Sunday school teacher and a member of the Scott-Union WCTU.

Surviving are three step-daughters, Mrs Maomi Horne, Mrs Elsie Williams and Mrs Ruth Price, and a step-son, Harold Fichter. Friends are being received until noon tomorrow at the Gilbert McInnes Funeral Home, Butler and 46th Streets. Burial will be at Allegheny Cemetery.
